What is a Prop Firm or Capital Management Group?
A prop firm provides traders with access to the firm’s capital, allowing them to apply their own market strategies and earn a share of the profits generated. Traditionally, these firms were exclusive brick-and-mortar establishments, requiring substantial upfront capital from traders and offering access primarily to those with significant experience. These barriers have historically made prop trading inaccessible for most retail traders.
At Player Profit, we’re redefining this model. Here’s how:
- Accessible Entry:
Unlike traditional firms, we allow sports traders to participate in our evaluation program remotely for a fraction of the cost typically required. No large capital contributions, no prohibitive barriers—just a straightforward opportunity for traders to prove their profitability. - Inclusive and Scalable Model:
All trading takes place on virtual demo accounts, enabling us to maintain robust risk management across the platform. This structure not only protects the firm but also creates an environment where more traders can succeed without the pressures of risking personal funds.
At Player Profit, we focus on what matters most: your ability to develop and execute a profitable strategy. Our approach eliminates outdated obstacles and creates a pathway for traders of all backgrounds to access the tools, capital, and opportunity needed to succeed.
Who Can Join PP?
We accept traders from anywhere in the world. We do not have any special qualifications required other than that users must be over the age of 18 years old, that you understand the risks, rules and regulations, our refund policy, and the terms of use / conditions as well as understand the challenge rules and verification phases.
Why has my trade not settled yet?
We do our best to settle trades as soon as possible and usually we are able to do this within 15 minutes of a game’s conclusion. As we are a simulator, we wait for sports books to settle their records accurately. These changes in data feeds sometimes are delayed.
The standard timeframe for the settlement of different types of picks is listed below, although please understand that discrepancies in officially quoted scores may lead to delays:
- Moneyline, point spread and over/under picks: these are usually graded within 15 minutes of a game’s conclusion, providing all official sources are quoting the same score. The maximum time it will take to grade a trade is 2 hours.
- Proposition/ future picks: these are usually graded within 1-2 hours of the end of the event but can sometimes take a little longer.
- Quarter picks and props are usually graded as the specific quarter or event ends, unless we are unable to find three concurrent scores from reliable and official sources. In the event of any discrepancies in results from official sources there may be a delay in the grading of the trades.
Common Reasons Why Trades Remain ‘Open’ on Player Profit
There are several reasons why a picks might still be open on PP:

- Official Confirmation Pending: PP often waits for final confirmation from their statistics provider before grading a trade. This cautious approach prevents issues arising from changes in official scoring.
- Manual Pick Review: Occasionally, PP may need to manually review certain trades, which can extend the time a trade remains open.
How to Respond to an ‘Open’ Trade Status

The Player Profit Account is connected to our Proprietary Trading Firm’s live trading account with real capital. That is one of the ways we generate real cash flow. Clients are entitled to up to 70% of profits generated on the Player Profit Account. This solution is administratively much easier and gives our company the freedom to actively manage risk in certain markets.
We do not have upgrading options so you need to choose the appropriate account size right at the beginning when you are configuring your Player Profit Challenge.
The relationship between a Player Profit Trader and Player Profit is based on the Contract Agreement that we will sign with you after you pass the Player Profit Verification phases. The Player Profit Account Agreement is a legally binding document defining both our and your duties and rights.
What is the process of signing the contract?
Once you meet the Profit Target objective of your Verification (with the recorded losses within the Max Daily Loss and Max Loss limit), the Player Profit Identity section will be unlocked in your Client Area.
In the Player Profit Identity section, you will be able to save your personal details and have them verified by our compliance team. The compliance checks usually take less than 1 business day for personal registrations and up to 3 business days for company registrations.

The Reward Split on the Player Profit Account is done on a rolling 30 day basis. For example, if a trader starts trading on the 1st of August, the first Reward Split Day will be available the 31st of August, if a trader starts on the 15th of April, the first reward split day will be available 30 days from that start date, in this case that would be May 15th.
An email and website notification will go out when a withdrawal is ready for your approval.
If you selected payouts they are processed within 1-2 business days upon confirming the invoice. You can receive your profits by a regular Bank Wire Transfer.
We also provide payout options through Crypto, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.
If you prefer to keep your Profit Split on account to grow and accordingly build up your balance and drawdown buffer, you can do so.
This structure helps us maintain a healthy and sustainable funding ecosystem while still rewarding you for your performance.
* To cover transfer fees, there are specific minimum reward requirements for payouts. For bank wire transfers, a minimum closed profit of $20 is required. For cryptocurrency payouts, the minimum is $50.
In Phase 3 you have the option to roll over your profits every 30 days and pad your drawdowns. For instance, if you start with a $10,000 normal challenge and make a $1,000 profit and choose to rollover these profits, increasing your balance to $11,000, your daily drawdown limit will increase to $1,100 (10%), and your overall drawdown limit will increase to $1,650 (15%). This means you can not dip your account to or below $9,350. This adjustment ensures that your drawdown limits remain proportional to your account balance, allowing for more flexibility as you trade.
In Phases 1, 2 & 3
Your daily and overall drawdown limits are fixed. For example, if you start with a $10,000 normal challenge, your daily drawdown limit is 10% ($1,000), meaning you cannot lose $1,000 or more in a single day. Your overall drawdown limit is 15% ($1,500), meaning your account cannot reach $8,500 at any given point. These values remain constant and do not change, regardless of any profit you make during these phases.
In the Funded Stage (phase 3)
Your drawdown limits are still based on the same percentages. However, you have the option to roll over your profits every 30 days and pad your drawdowns.
In order to become a Player Profit Trader, you will have to pass the Player Profit 2-step Evaluation Process.
Phase 1: Evaluation
You will be given access to a demo account where you must achieve a 20% account increase in your account balance. Additionally, you must avoid losing more than 15% of your account overall or 10% within a 24-hour period. If you manage to pass all requirements, you will proceed to the second and final step of the evaluation.
